Youth Sports

Just like our schools, Youth Sports Associations and Organizations are not immune to our current financial crisis. Studies indicate that children are playing fewer sports than their parents played and you can attribute a lot of that to the cost of playing sports these days. Most of these organizations are non-profit organizations and count heavily on the parents and supporters for funding. In today’s economy, the money is just not there. Projects are being put on hold, facility improvements are being scratched, participation numbers are declining and budgets are not being met.
